On May 25, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the international contest "International Relations: Culture of Peaceful Dialogue" held jointly with the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. The competition was attended by 250 students from 22 universities of Turkmenistan and 11 foreign universities of 9 countries of Central Asia, Caspian states, Turkey and China. The competition was held in individual and team scoring. The contestants performed tasks on modeling international negotiations, use of information technologies, global trends in international transport logistics, mathematics, mathematical modeling and other areas.
The jury of the competition determined 103 winners and prize-winners in individual competition - 21 students received gold medals, 36 - silver medals and 46 - bronze medals. Turkmen students won 11 gold medals. In the team competition, Turkmen students won 3 gold, 5 silver and 8 bronze medals.
