Harvest Festival is celebrated in all velayats of Turkmenistan

Today all velayats of Turkmenistan celebrate the National Harvest Festival. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The country pays special attention to the development of agriculture by introducing the latest technologies and the latest achievements of science and technology. This year, Turkmen farmers harvested a record cotton crop, fulfilled the state order on wheat harvesting, and gathered a rich harvest of fruit, vegetables and melons. On the eve of the holiday, the leaders of the agricultural sector were awarded with the state medal "Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin" and valuable gifts.

On the occasion of the Harvest Festival, the opening ceremony of a new stable for 600 Akhalteke horses was held in the foothills of Kopetdagh, built by a private enterprise "Nur bina gurluşyk".
