Gulendam Merdanova was recognized as the most charming girl in Turkmenistan this year. The judges praised the creative abilities of the fourth-grader from Serdar, her handicraft skills and the national Turkmen dress.
The contest for the title of the most charming girl in the country included 4 stages. The first stage took place at school level, the second - at district and city levels. The third round was held in the capital of Turkmenistan and regional centers. As a result of such multilevel selection, 12 best schoolgirls received the right to participate in the final, held on March 18 in Ashgabat.
Recall that last year the honorary title of the most charming girl was given to Enekabe Akmammedova, a third-grade student of the 43rd school in Mary province.
It is worth noting that the girls traditionally competed in the ability to read poetry and sing songs that glorify the homeland, brotherhood and friendship.
