Turkmenistan bids farewell to India's ambassador

Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova held a farewell meeting with Indian Ambassador Madhumita Hazarika Bhagat, who is completing her diplomatic mission in Ashgabat. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The meeting was held on August 30 and was devoted to summarizing the results of the work of the Indian diplomat in the Turkmen capital. The sides noted the high level of development of bilateral relations in political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian areas.

The representative of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry thanked Madhumit Hazarika Bhagat for her personal contribution to strengthening friendly ties between the states and wished her success in her future career.

In turn, the Indian Ambassador expressed gratitude to the Government of Turkmenistan for its active support and assistance in the fulfillment of diplomatic tasks throughout the period of her work in the country.
