During his speech at the Turkmen-Russian business forum, Prime Minister M. Mishustin emphasized the importance of cooperation with Russian regions. "In general, about 60 Russian regions actively cooperate with Turkmenistan. St. Petersburg maintains close contacts with Ashgabat, and the Republic of Tatarstan demonstrates consistently high dynamics of cooperation. Astrakhan region has a lot of joint plans and projects with Turkmenistan", - said the Chairman of the Government.
He stressed that Turkmen-Russian agreements in trade, economic, scientific, technical and other areas have been signed with many of the Russian regions.
The Chairman of the Government also informed the participants of the business forum in Ashkhabad about major international events that will be held in Russia in the first half of 2023.
