President of Turkmenistan congratulates participants of scientific conference

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated scientists, artists and guests on the opening of the International Scientific Conference "Era of Renaissance of the New Era of the Mighty State and Makhtumkuli Fraghi"!
