The Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a student essay contest "Jeýhun bilen bahry-Hazar arasy" timed to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Makhtumkuli Fraghi. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
The creative competition was organized by the Department of Journalism Theory and Practice and the Young Journalists scientific and creative circle. The event was attended by students from different faculties of the university.
M. Sadykov, 3rd year student of the International Journalism Faculty, was awarded the first place by the results of the competition. The second place went to the 1st year student of the Faculty of International Law O. Nurliev. Nurliev, a 1st year student of the Faculty of International Journalism M. Ashirova took the third place.
Students who took the first and prize-winning places were awarded with certificates of merit and memorable gifts from the organizers of the competition.
