Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Kazakhstan delivered a lecture at ENU

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Kazakhstan B. Rejepov held a lecture at the L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University on October 8, 2025. The event gathered teaching staff and students. About it reports Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan. 

In his speech, the diplomat highlighted the key aspects of Turkmenistan's foreign policy, the implementation of youth policy and the tasks set by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Special attention was paid to the preparations for the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.

The participants of the event were familiarized with the information on large-scale reforms in socio-economic and scientific-educational spheres. The Ambassador informed in detail about the results of the recent meeting of Halk Maslakhaty, where the issues of state development were considered.

B.Rejepov also noted achievements in agriculture, transportation and industry, emphasizing the importance of Turkmenistan's neutrality for strengthening international cooperation. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's speech at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly was noted.

At the end of the lecture, the Ambassador presented letters of appreciation to the distinguished Turkmen students and handed over the book of Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the YNU library.

On the same day, Mr. B. Recepov met with the Rector of ENU Mr. Erlan Sydykov. The parties discussed the prospects of educational and scientific cooperation, including academic exchanges and joint research projects. The rector congratulated the Turkmen side on the 30th anniversary of neutrality.
