Ashgabat, July 26 - Arzuw.news. The specialized kindergarten No. 127 in the capital completed the final stage of the state contests "Health of the young generation is the wealth of our country" and "Blessed Turkmen Tablecloth" held on July 24-25 among nurses and cooks of preschool institutions. The contests are organized in coordination with the National Trade Union Centre of Turkmenistan as part of the educational reforms under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to modernize the country's education system.
The main purpose of the events is to encourage nurses and cooks who carry out the tasks of the State Health Programme, protect children's health and organize their meals in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards.
The competition was held in two stages. At the first stage, participants talked about their work and answered questions on political and professional training. The second stage involved the preparation of menus by nurses and cooking by cooks.
The main prize in the contest among nurses was won by Ainur Chariyeva from kindergarten No. 3 in Arkadag city. The winner among cooks was Marina Arazova from kindergarten No. 113 in Ashgabat.
All winners and participants of the contests were awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and received valuable gifts from the National Center of the Trade Union of Education Workers.
