The Turkmen Cabinet of Ministers summarized the results of the nine months of 2025

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to analyze the results of socio-economic development of the country for the first nine months of 2025. It is reported online edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age." 

Opening the meeting, Chairman of the Mejlis D. Gulmanova reported on the work of the Parliament on strengthening the legislative framework. During the reporting period, 16 legislative acts were adopted, including the laws "On the Legal Basis of Peace and Trust Policy of Neutral Turkmenistan" and the new Civil Code. Parliamentarians actively participated in international cooperation, holding 51 meetings with colleagues from other countries and taking part in 78 seminars.

Deputy Prime Minister H. Geldimiradov reported on positive macroeconomic dynamics: GDP growth amounted to 6.3%. The transportation and communication sector (10.8%), trade (9.6%) and construction (7%) showed significant growth. The fulfillment of the state budget revenues reached 100.2%, and wages at enterprises increased by 11.8%.

Deputy Prime Minister B. Amanov reported on achievements in the fuel and energy complex. The state concern "Türkmennebit" exceeded the plan for oil production (109.7%), and the refinery - for refining (109.4%). Gasoline and diesel production also exceeded the targets.

Deputy Prime Minister T. Atakhallyev informed about the situation in the agricultural sector, where the total production growth rate amounted to 112.9%. At present, winter wheat sowing and cotton harvesting are actively carried out in velayats.

Deputy Prime Minister B. Annamammedov reported on the work of the construction-industrial complex, where the production plan was overfulfilled by 5%. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture showed an increase of 114.3%, and the Ministry of Energy - by 109.5%.

Deputy Prime Minister N. Atagulyev reported on the development of trade and entrepreneurship. Trade turnover of the Ministry of Trade increased by 18.4% compared to the same period last year. Enterprises of the textile industry increased the output of cotton fabrics by 20.7%.

Deputy Prime Minister B. Seyidova reported on holding numerous cultural events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality and the 34th anniversary of independence.

Deputy Prime Minister B. Orazdurdyeva reported on reforms in education and health care. Bilimli laptops were presented to first grade pupils, and Turkmen pupils and students won many awards at international Olympiads. In sports, the national teams won 754 medals at competitions at various levels.

Foreign Minister R. Meredov reported on the active work in the diplomatic area. It was noted that in nine months the head of state made a number of visits to foreign countries, and Turkmenistan was visited by leaders of foreign states and heads of international organizations. The country's legal framework was enriched with 134 documents.

Deputy Prime Minister M. Chakyev informed about the growth of the volume of services in the transport and communication complex by 14%. Plans on cargo and passenger transportation by all types of transport were successfully fulfilled.

Summing up the results of the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the successful implementation of state programs and gave a number of instructions for further socio-economic development of the country and improvement of living standards of the population.
