Diplomatic Protocol" training center opened in Ashgabat

On February 18, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan opened a specialized training center "Diplomatic Protocol", which was headed by Berdyniyaz Myatiev, former Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan. This was reported by the TASS news agency.

Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan Gismet Fizuli oglu Gezalov, Ambassador of Russia to Turkmenistan Ivan Volynkin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, U.S. Ambassador to Turkmenistan Matthew Climow attended the opening ceremony.

The Center will hold practical classes on organizing and conducting protocol events of multilateral international forums. In addition, the Museum of the History of Turkmen Diplomacy was opened at the IMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
