The National Leader of the Turkmen people congratulated Oleg Kononenko, Hero of Turkmenistan, instructor-cosmonaut-test pilot, commander of the cosmonaut squad of the State Corporation for Space Activities "Roscosmos", on his 60th birthday, TDH reports.
In his congratulatory message, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov notes that Turkmenistan enthusiastically follows the flights and achievements of Oleg Kononenko, who devoted his life to space exploration, cognition of the universe and development of science.
"We are pleased to see your love and special attention to Turkmenistan even when you are in space," the National Leader of the Turkmen people said in his congratulatory message.
Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan wished Oleg Kononenko good health, long life and family prosperity, as well as successful realization of all plans.
