On December 12, a festive concert on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality was held in the capital's Mejlisler merkezi with the participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, TDH reports.
The festive event was attended by members of the Government, heads and representatives of ministries and departments, public organizations, heads of diplomatic missions and authoritative international organizations accredited in Turkmenistan, ambassadors of Turkmenistan in foreign countries, creative intellectuals, elders, student youth and media representatives.
Also among the audience are numerous foreign guests, including participants of international forums held on the eve of the holiday in the Turkmen capital.
The patriotic literary and musical composition "Ýurt Bitarap, toýlar tutýar Arkadagly Serdarym!" performed by the folklore ensemble "Dokmaçylar" became a magnificent overture of the concert of the country's masters of arts, which increased the sense of pride for the present day of the beloved Motherland - the state of peacemaker and creator, aspiring to new heights of progress under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
A real gift for the audience was the song "Ýaşasyn parahat durmuş!", a favorite song for Turkmenistanis, sung by the soloist together with the artists of the Turkmen State Choir and the united collective of folklore ensembles to the verses of Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. This piece sounded like an anthem of the country, every day of life of which is filled with great victories, labor achievements and national celebrations.
The song "Alkyş Size, Gahryman Arkadagly Serdarymyz!" praising the policies of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was enthusiastically received.
The concert program included the performance of the honored artist of the country and musicians with the number "Parahatçylyk sazy, dostluk, doganlyk sazy", in which, complementing each other, sounded melodies distinguished by national colors.
The People's Artist and the choir of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Mai Kuliyeva prepared their creative gift for the remarkable holiday by singing the song "Türkmen binasy" to poems by Makhtumkuli Fraghi.
The performance was decorated by young Turkmenistanis - the future of our independent Motherland - dance groups "Ruhubelent çagalar" and "Şowhun".
The concert program consisted of performances by nationally known artists, young popular singers, the main feature of which was a kind of journey across countries and continents. Festive musical greetings were heard from vocalists singing folk and modern songs about love and friendship, the beauty of the world around us in Azerbaijani, English, Armenian, Indian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Russian, Tajik, Turkish and Uzbek languages. The sounded melodies and songs were accompanied by dances and were met with great applause of the audience, which was a high appreciation of the talent of the performers.
The special tone of the concert was set by the performances of choreographic groups "Näzli", "Meňli", "Aşgabat", folklore groups "Galkynyş", "Serpaý" and the dance ensemble of the Turkmen State Special Music School named after Danatar Ovezov at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Mai Kuliyeva, who gave a special emotional mood to their medley "Toý gününde". The dance ensembles in bright national costumes of different nations beautifully performed Azerbaijani, Armenian, Afghan, Indian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Russian, Turkish and Uzbek dances and concluded this colorful choreographic performance with a composition that emphasized the unifying power of art.
Song and dance compositions were accompanied by video footage of landscapes and sights of the world's cities, reflected the rich and original traditions of different nations, united by the desire to live in peace and friendship.
The concert program was distinguished by a variety of genres and premiere numbers, reflecting the rich potential and continuity of the traditions of national art.
The musical and choreographic composition "Toý bu gün" dedicated to the beloved Motherland, peace, progress and prosperity, performed by the united collective of folklore ensembles and dance groups "Serpaý", "Ahal öwüşginleri" was met with great applause.
The performance of the folklore group "Miras" brought original intonations to the festive background of the concert, which captivated everyone with the performance of the kushtdepdi dance.
Standing, the audience gave a standing ovation to the patriotic song "Şöhrat Size, Gahryman Arkadagymyz, Arkadagly Gahryman Serdarymyz!", which became a powerful final chord of the concert. In this piece, the participants of the celebration glorified our independent Fatherland, where, thanks to the progressive policy pursued by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, grandiose transformations are being carried out for the benefit of the people, for the further prosperity of Turkmenistan.
At the end of the festive concert, representatives of the young generation presented bouquets of flowers to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who shows constant concern for the bright future of happy children of the Fatherland. The Head of State also presented gifts to the children.
