The S. Seidi Musical Drama Theater of Lebap province is working on the production of the play "White Steamboat" timed to the anniversary of the classic of world literature Chingiz Aitmatov. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
The artistic concept of the play's director P. Khudaiberenov is based on plastic expressiveness and symbolism. According to the director, the main message of the play is addressed to the young generation of viewers. The play raises the eternally relevant theme of responsibility of fathers and mothers for the upbringing of their children. Every child needs the love and attention of his parents, and the lack of it in childhood can result in a real personal tragedy.
The new play, which features talented actors A. Sukhanova, A. Rovshenova, B. Ayazov and D. Taganova, is dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of the world-famous Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aitmatov. The premiere of the production is tentatively scheduled for April.
