A new complex of buildings of the customs post was opened in Turkmenistan

A new complex of buildings of Farap Road Customs Post was inaugurated in Turkmenistan on December 5, 2024. This is reported by the Internet resource "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."

The opening of the complex was timed to coincide with the Day of Neutrality of Turkmenistan. The new facility was erected in accordance with the Program of Development of Customs Institutions of Turkmenistan for 2022-2028. Its opening will contribute to the improvement of transportation capabilities and economic growth of the state.

The new customs post building has all the conditions for efficient work and increased throughput. The complex is equipped with automated systems for better tracking of entry and exit. The administrative building has modern offices, as well as a conference hall for meetings. In general, the area of the complex has grown 2 times, which will allow to handle more traffic and goods.

The opening ceremony was attended by the heads of the State Customs Service, cultural figures, deputies and representatives of public organizations.
