Exhibition of Georgian jewelers' works opened in Turkmenistan

Turkmenistan celebrated Georgia's Independence Day by opening an exhibition of jewelry at the State Museum of Fine Arts. This is reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The exhibition presents jewelry made in the ancient minankari technique. The guests of the exposition will be able to see unique silver jewelry decorated with partition enamel.

The exhibition was accompanied by a mini-exhibition of picturesque images of Georgian women with jewelry, which is located along the perimeter of the hall, and in the center of the atrium there are two paintings by Turkmen artist D. Filipchenko made on velvet.

A string quartet from the M. Kuliyeva National Conservatory of Turkmenistan played works by Georgian and Turkmen composers at the exhibition opening.
