Active construction of the Balkan-Dashoguz 500 transmission line is underway in Turkmenistan

Specialists of the "Daşoguzenergogurluşyk" enterprise of the "Türkmenergogurluşyk" concern of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan take part in the construction of the Balkan-Dashoguz 500 power transmission line in order to form a single energy ring in the country. This is reported on the website of the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The company's area of responsibility is a power transmission line section with a length of more than one hundred kilometers. At present, the company's specialists are installing wires on metal supports; more than two hundred structural elements have already been installed.

Installation of wires is a labor-intensive process and includes several stages: lifting the wires to the supports and connecting them, tensioning the wires and fixing them to the insulators of the supports. Daşoguzenergogurluşyk is also currently constructing a new electrical substation in the north of the country.
