The Turkmen Conservatory hosted a concert of songs of the war years

On May 9, a concert featuring songs of the war years was held in the Great Hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after M. Kuliyeva. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan Golden Age".

The first row in the concert hall was occupied by the guests of honor - veterans of the Great Patriotic War and Leningrad siege survivors: Sergey Tativosovich Aghamyan, Elena Timofeevna Aganesyan, Lyudmila Viktorovna Litunovskaya, Shamone Mikhailovna Karakozova, Zhanna Amayakovna Pogosova, as well as soldiers-internationalists.

From the stage of the Conservatory sounded the famous songs "Cranes", "In the dugout", "In the city garden the brass band plays", "Accidental waltz", "Song about the distant Motherland", "In the forest at the front", "Blue handkerchief", "Armanym", "Katyusha", "Victory Day".

Musical compositions were accompanied by a thematic slide show, where photos of the front-line soldiers, footage of the war years, posters, lyrics of war songs and poems were presented.
