A large batch of technical iodine was realized at the trades of GTSB of Turkmenistan

The total value of a large export delivery of technical iodine on Friday February 17, 2023 exceeded 10 million 937 thousand U.S. dollars. This is reported on the official website of the GTSB of Turkmenistan tmex.gov.tm.

A contract for the supply of grade A technical iodine was concluded with a businessman from the United Arab Emirates. The businessman purchased 175 tons of the product. The price for one ton of technical iodine produced by the state company Turkmenhimiya was 83 million 562 thousand dollars.

On Thursday, February 16, a large batch of Jet A1 aviation kerosene, technical iodine of "A" grade and cotton yarn was sold. During the auction, 4 deals were concluded for a total of 4 million U.S. dollars and 262,500 Turkmen manats.
