The Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan organized the first briefing for domestic entrepreneurs, students and faculty of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during which participants learned the basics of entrepreneurship. Heads of successful private companies such as Yigit and Abadan Haly JSC shared their experience in entrepreneurship. The first is engaged in growing tomatoes in greenhouse conditions and the second in the production of carpets. Both of them have already managed to take leading positions in their field of activity, actively filling the domestic market with goods as well as exporting them abroad.
Businessmen told the audience about the key aspects in organizing a successful business, its development and achievement of competitiveness in the modern market realities. They also noted the important role of a relevant and original business idea and the correct promotion of the startup. The presentation was complemented by video clips demonstrating the features of the production process at each of the enterprises presented at the briefing.
During the briefing, representatives of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan also spoke, and students were able to ask questions and get comprehensive answers. The attendees were interested in the peculiarities of promotion of goods and brands in the market, the order of use of funds, obtaining loans.
The organizers of the event noted its fruitfulness, emphasizing that the briefing was held in a lively atmosphere, and the set goals were successfully achieved. Already in the second half of February another similar event for entrepreneurs and students of higher educational institutions of different profile orientation is planned.
The Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan conducts briefings to identify talented young people with a creative approach and original ideas. It is planned to actively involve such people in scientific and socio-economic development of the state. Turkmenistan pursues a youth policy aimed at supporting initiatives of its young citizens, which is reflected in the relevant State Program developed for 2021-2025.
