At the August 10 auctions on GTSBT there was an increase in demand for urea, as well as - increase in price per 1 ton of this product. Urea "B" grade in the amount of 5 thousand tons went to the buyer from Tajikistan at a price of 455 U.S. dollars per ton, which is 60.7% higher compared to the previous auction.
A total of $2.2 million worth of urea was sold from the Marykarbamid enterprise, which is part of the state concern Turkmenhimiya.
A total of $2.5 million was received during the day of trading on Wednesday. More than 90 thousand kilograms of cotton yarn of various types were sold on the GTSBT for $307 thousand to an entrepreneur from Turkey.
