Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, National Leader of the Turkmen People, made a working visit to Arkadag city

Today, November 11, 2023, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the city of Arkadag.

During the visit, the National Leader familiarized himself with architectural designs of new buildings to be erected at the second stage of construction of the new city. As is known, Turkmenistan is implementing a large-scale program of reconstruction of towns and villages, the purpose of which is to create comfortable living conditions for the citizens of the country.

At the meeting with the leadership of Arkadag, the issues of further modernization of transport infrastructure, in particular the construction of new roads, bridges and overpasses, were discussed. The National Leader gave instructions to use innovative solutions in design and adhere to national architectural traditions.

Also on the agenda was the expansion of the city's territory and the creation of recreation areas for Arkadag residents and visitors.

Chairman of Halk Maslahaty also instructed to hold the celebration of the Harvest Day in the new city at a high organizational level.
