Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin appointed a new trade representative of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan. He became Andrei Khripunov, a specialist who before this appointment held a similar position in Serbia, also being the head of the trade mission of the Russian Federation. Information about the official appointment of the new Trade Representative in Turkmenistan was published on the legal portal pravo.gov.ru. Previously, Alexander Yelizarov, who held this responsible position, was relieved of his duties as trade representative in Turkmenistan due to "expiration of the service contract".
