On August 15, a new complex of buildings of the State Border Guard Service of Turkmenistan was inaugurated in Balkan province of Turkmenistan on the Caspian Sea coast. This is reported on the website "Business Turkmenistan".
The modern equipment of the new complex allows monitoring the movement of passenger and military vessels and determining their fuel reserves. The new complex includes a 200-bed dormitory building, a pier, indoor and outdoor sports fields, a medical department, as well as a dining hall, kitchen, bakery and food storage rooms. The compound includes new homes for commanders and their families.
As part of the opening ceremony of the new complex, vehicles were handed over to the State Border Guard Service of Turkmenistan.
