Production well #265 at the Galkynysh field in Turkmenistan received a new inflow of natural gas. Several product horizons were discovered during successful drilling operations in the product layers at a depth of more than 4400 meters. This is reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."
The daily flow rate of natural gas at the well is 2 million cubic meters and will increase. This volume of "blue fuel" production is ensured due to the application of advanced well construction technologies by Turkmen drillers.
The Galkynysh gas field is unique in its characteristics and is recognized as a super-giant field according to international classification. There are also a large number of other fields in the country, including those in the Caspian Sea.
