Hero-Arkadag addressed a congratulatory message to the President of Turkmenistan

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent a congratulatory message to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of awarding him the honorary title "Türkmenistanyň at gazanan arhitektory".
