Online training on public administration was held in Turkmenistan

Within the framework of the USAID Public Administration Project in Turkmenistan, students of the Academy of Public Service under the President of Turkmenistan underwent online training on International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation. This is reported by the Internet portal "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."

The course was conducted by Diana Tsutieva, a partner in the International Litigation and Arbitration Department of Foley Hoag. Due to her practical experience, she is qualified in complex investment arbitrations, public international law and has experience in environmental and energy disputes.

Attendees of the course gained knowledge of arbitration terms, choice of law in the New York Convention and other arbitration agreements, as well as investment arbitrations and many other relevant issues.
