Caspian Sea coast in Turkmenistan will be open for summer holidays from June 1

The Caspian coast will be open for summer vacations from June 1 to September 15, 2021. These deadlines were outlined during the regular government meeting.

Head of the Ministry of Health Nurmukhammed Amannepesov made a speech on this topic. The official also informed about the measures taken by the Extraordinary Commission of Turkmenistan to prevent the spread of diseases in order to organize quality and safe recreation of citizens in the National tourist zone "Avaza" spread on the coast of the Caspian Sea.

The head of the Ministry of Health stated that this year's holiday season on the Caspian coast will last from June 1 to September 15, and children can rest and improve their health in appropriate institutions of the country from June 2 to August 26. Head of the Ministry of Health suggested creating a control center. This structure will deal with timely solution of problems, conduct comprehensive analysis of air, soil and water samples taken in some territories of the Turkmen part of the Caspian coast.

At the end of his speech, the Head of State emphasized the importance of thorough preparation of recreation centers in Avaza in order to provide the citizens of the country with favorable conditions for a full summer vacation.

Referring to the epidemiological situation, the President of Turkmenistan noted that anyone can have a rest in Avaza if he has already been vaccinated against COVID-19. Also, all employees of health centers throughout the country should be necessarily vaccinated and the sanitary standards in Turkmenistan's recreation centers should be under strict control.

It should be noted that since May 15, 2020 in Turkmenistan, in the National tourist zone "Avaza" were introduced restrictions in connection with the unfavorable regional and global epidemiological situation.
