President of Turkmenistan meets with Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the UAE Cabinet of Ministers and UAE Minister of Presidential Affairs, arrived in Turkmenistan on Sunday, February 19 on an official visit. The meeting with Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took place immediately after the Sheikh's arrival at Ashgabat International Airport. This is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the parties noted the high level of bilateral partnership between the countries in political and diplomatic direction. It was also emphasized that the Turkmenbashi seaport perfectly meets the objectives of establishing transport and logistics chains with ports in the UAE.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the expediency of utilizing all available potential to strengthen effective partnership, including in the cultural and humanitarian sphere.

At the end of the meeting, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and left Ashgabat.
