Chess player from Turkmenistan played blind with 15 opponents simultaneously

Chess player Allayar Shirliev of Turkmenistan demonstrated a virtuoso blind game against 15 opponents simultaneously. The 17-year-old chess master was opposed by representatives of the chess club, which is part of the Bagtyyarlyk sports complex in Ashgabat. It should be noted that no Turkmen chess player has ever managed to achieve such results.

Of the 15 games played, only one ended in defeat for the young prodigy. The student Kakamurad Akgaev managed to beat the chess virtuoso. But wins and draws were divided equally - 7 to 7. As a result the score of the blind duel was 10,5:4,5 with obvious advantage of Allayar.

The Turkmen chess player had to make a considerable mental effort to keep in mind 15 games at a time, playing them without a single mistake. The sequence of moves in each game with each opponent should also be remembered, so that a mistake is not made, which in the end would certainly lead to a loss.

A.Shirliev defeated N.Annagurdov, G.Gidzhenov, K.Annayev, Y.Mukhadov, S.Seidov, A.Polatov and A.Atayev. The draw was awarded in the confrontation of chess virtuoso with K.Ibadullaev, E.Ataev, A.Kolosov, A.Gidzhenov, I.Gurbanov, M.Akgaev and L.Meretmuradova.

In the next blind chess match in April Allayar Shirliev plans to represent his Specialized School of Chess and Checkers with dignity, having fought against 20 opponents.

As we wrote earlier, Allayar Shirliev beat three opponents blind.
