Athletes from Turkmenistan won 11 awards at the World Belt Wrestling Championship

The 21st World Belt Wrestling Championship for men and women has ended in Astana, where Turkmen athletes won 11 medals. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Athletes from 30 countries took part in the competition. Turkmenistan was represented by 16 palvans, 11 of whom won medals of various merits.

Gold medals were awarded to Kh. Sukhanov, A. Tedjendurdiyev, A. Garayev, R. Medov. Silver medals were awarded to A. Hojamberdiev, A. Allaberdiev, N. Nazarov, D. Ovliyakulieva. Bronze awards were given to G. Khemraev, N. Baidogdiyev, Z. Abdyrakhmanova.

Representatives of the coaching staff Nurali Lollukov, Begmyrat Saparlyev and Charymyrat Akmammedov prepared the Turkmen athletes for the tournament.
