On November 6, 2023, a meeting of the State Security Council was held in Ashgabat under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. This is reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
The agenda of the meeting included the results of the work of military and law enforcement bodies to ensure security and peace in neutral Turkmenistan, which was done during 11 months of the current year (from January to November).
Secretary of the State Security Council, Defense Minister B. Gundogdiyev addressed the meeting. He reported to the President on the state of affairs in military units and measures to improve Turkmenistan's defense capability.
Among the speakers was Prosecutor General S. Myalikgulyev, who reported on the results of work for the reporting period, in particular, the fulfillment of the commander-in-chief's instructions to introduce modern technologies and advanced methods of prosecutorial control.
