IMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan congratulated Honored Diplomat A. Rakhmanov

The Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan has solemnly congratulated Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, Honored Diplomat of Turkmenistan, Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Professor Amangeldy Rakhmanov on his 80th birthday. The management, professors and teachers of the Institute took part in the festive event. The speakers noted that since Turkmenistan gained independence, the jubilee became the country's first representative to the UN.
