President of Turkmenistan and Head of Korea lay flowers at the Independence Monument

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Seok-yol took part in a solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the Independence Monument in Ashgabat on June 10 after the successful holding of high-level talks. This is reported by the Internet edition "Türkmenistan Habarlar Portaly". 

At the end of the flower-laying ceremony, the heads of state planted trees in the Walk of Honor, which became an iconic symbol of Turkmenistan's foreign policy based on the principles of peacefulness and good-neighborliness. This good tradition consolidated the effectively conducted negotiations on strengthening bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation between Korea and Turkmenistan.

Today's visit of the President of the Republic of Korea to Ashgabat has become an important event in the history of long-standing relations between the two states based on trust and mutual support.
