Turkmenistan and Greece discussed issues of cooperation

During the meeting with the Head of Protocol Department of the Greek Foreign Ministry Aglaia Balta on October 7, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Greece T. Komekov presented copies of credentials. It is reported Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

Later in the framework of the meeting with Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Alexandra Papadopolou the issues of building up partnership in trade-economic, political-diplomatic and cultural-humanitarian spheres were discussed.

On October 9, a meeting was held with Vice Ministers of Education of Greece I. Litrivi and K. Kotsaridou. During the meeting the possibilities of exchange of experience between the universities of the two countries and organization of education of Turkmen students in Greek universities were considered.

Then the prospects for cooperation in the economic sphere were discussed in a conversation with Greek Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs K. Fragkogiannis. Cooperation in the agricultural sector was the subject of talks on October 10 during a meeting with Greek Agriculture Minister K. Tsiaras.
