A project on rational use of natural resources is being implemented in Turkmenistan

Within the framework of the Regional Project "Integrated management of natural resources in drought-prone and saline agricultural production landscapes of Central Asia and Turkey (CACILM-2)", the Ministry of Environment Protection of Turkmenistan is cooperating with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The project involves the National Institute of Deserts, Flora and Fauna (NIDFW), the S. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University (SNU), and the partners of the pilot project area of Dashoguz velayat.

Within the framework of the CACILM-2 Regional Project, sets of equipment for soil, water and plant analysis were transferred to Turkmenistan.
