The Turkmen national team will take part in the qualifying tournament for the World Cup

Tashkent will host the qualifying stage for the World Championship from April 18 to 22 this year, in which Turkmen swimmers under the leadership of Vladimir Novikov and Mark Pilyugin will take part. The venue of the tournament will be the Republican Center for Development of Olympic and Paralympic Sports. This is reported by Orient news.

The men's team is represented by Merdan Ataev, Musa Jalaev, David Hakobyan, Arslan Gaipnazarov, Eminguly Balykov, Abdyrahman Agamuradov, Selim Nazarov. The women's team includes Ainura Primova, Valeria Mirenskaya, Enesh Primova, Anastasia Morgenstern and Edgesh Primova.

The Turkmen delegation of athletes in Tashkent will total 15 people. The World Championship will be held from July 14 to 30, 2023 in Fukuoka, Japan.
