Turkmen athlete wins silver at Asian Tennis Championship

Turkmen tennis player Ilima Huseynova won a silver medal at the final stage of the Asian Tennis Championship. This is reported on the Orient news website.

The Turkmen athlete competed in doubles with Uzbek tennis player Emilia Kim.
Ilima Huseynova took part in the tournament from Central and West Asia, having gained the necessary number of points according to the results of the qualifying stage and received an invitation from the International Tennis Federation to play in the final stage of the championship.

This year's Asian Championship was held in India, in the city of Bhubaneswar. The tournament was attended by teams from Kazakhstan, Indonesia, India, Iran, Hong Kong, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Vietnam, countries of South, Southeast and East Asia. The championship was held from April 4 to 14.
