Turkmen chemists have carried out a number of successful scientific researches in the sphere of rational nature management

Young specialists of the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, engineer of the 1st category Sergey Lisovenko and Dayanch Arazov have obtained essential oil from orange peel. This is reported by the Internet edition "Centralasia.news".

Chemist S. Lisovenko said that as a result of experiments and application of various modern technologies, essential oil and hydrolat were obtained from orange peel, which are widely used in food industry, medicine and cosmetology.

These achievements were the result of scientific research in the field of rational use of natural resources and their implementation in production. The purpose of scientific research is to search for alternative sources of environmentally friendly and waste-free production, to develop new technologies using local raw materials to further reduce the volume of imports and realize the export potential.
