Turkmen curling players are at the training camp in Norway

A delegation of young Turkmen athletes will be in Lillehammer, Norway, until August 24, where they are taking part in curling training camp. This is reported by the Internet edition "AsmanNews.

The delegation of Turkmenistan included four juniors and head coach of the national team Sakina Gulamalyeva. In total, young curlers from 14 countries are taking part in the training camp. Seminars, trainings, friendly matches, cultural events, visits to museums and hikes in the mountains were organized for foreign guests.

The training camp will allow the young athletes to improve their skills, gain unique international experience, and prepare for the upcoming World Junior Curling Championships, which will be held this December in Finland, as well as for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy.
