Turkmen athletes won 4 medals at the World Cup in hand-to-hand combat

Turkmen athletes won four bronze awards at the World Hand-to-Hand Fighting Championship held in the city of Bukhara, Uzbekistan. This is reported in the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."

Bronze medal winners were Toili Bazarov in the 57 kg weight category under the guidance of coach Serdar Borzhakov, Khazhyslam Garabekov in the 67 kg weight category under the guidance of coach Akhmet Khanov, Suleiman Allaev in the 73 kg weight category under the guidance of coach Shohrat Allaev and Kasym Yazmyradov in the 86 kg weight category under the guidance of coach Orifp Bukharakov.

In total, more than 300 athletes from 34 countries took part in the competition.
Turkmenistan was represented by nine participants at the World Hand-to-Hand Fighting Championship.
