A concert of Turkmen and Mongolian artists was held in Ashgabat

On October 12, a joint concert of Turkmen and Mongolian artists was held at the National Music and Drama Theater named after Makhtumkuli. This was reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad.".

The event was held in the framework of the program of the official visit of the President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh to Turkmenistan and became a platform for exchange, integration and mutual enrichment of cultures.

A delegation of Mongolian cultural and art figures arrived in Ashgabat the previous day. The opening ceremony of the concert was attended by members of the government, representatives of creative intellectuals and students of local universities.

The concert featured dance, song and folklore numbers. The concert opened new opportunities for the development of cultural and humanitarian ties between Turkmenistan and Mongolia.
