The Turkmen State Puppet Theater went on tour to Mary province. Young spectators were shown an original play "Magic Handkerchief" and other performances. This is reported in the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
Puppeteers from the capital's theater have already visited many schools and kindergartens, delighting children with fun performances. The play "The Magic Handkerchief" teaches children to be kind and sympathetic. This play is about friendship, friendly support, mutual help. It has a lot of interesting dialogues, colorful characters and music.
While part of the puppet theater troupe went on tour to Mary province, the rest of the artists continue to give performances at the stationary theater in the capital. This coming weekend, young spectators are invited to attend performances based on Turkmen folk tales.
