A distinctive feature of this neighborhood is a traffic circle, in the center of which is located Turkmen Alabai Monument.

The construction of 15 villages that meet all modern requirements is currently underway in the country. Construction work is being carried out under the National Rural Development Program.

Particular attention is paid to road construction. By December 2023, it is planned to put into operation the high-speed the highway connecting Ashgabat with Turkmenabat. Other modern roads are being developed that will make access to the capital easier for people living in remote regions of the country.
