Ashgabat Open 2024 winners' awarding ceremony held in Turkmenistan

On Saturday evening, November 16, 2024, the winners' ceremony of the International Tennis Tournament "Ashgabat Open 2024" was held in the Olympic City of Ashgabat. This is reported by the online edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age." 

For six days young athletes under 14 years old from 12 countries of the world fought hard for sets of awards from the Asian Tennis Federation, as well as for the opportunity to increase their rating. The ATF competitions were held in Ashgabat in doubles and singles.

Turkmen tennis players won a confident victory in doubles competitions, taking the first places among both boys and girls. In the women's singles, the sportswomen from Turkmenistan won three prizes, taking the entire podium. In total, Turkmen tennis players won 8 medals according to the results of the 4 types of the tournament program.
