Turkmenistan launches mayonnaise and margarine production from cotton oil

Production of mayonnaise and margarine from cotton oil was launched in Turkmenistan. According to Ashgabat.in, Ovadan Ulke was the first company in the country to launch this production.
According to the publication, the first tests showed that the quality and taste of products made from cotton oil is not inferior to products made from sunflower oil.

The plant "Ovadan ulke" is constantly expanding its product range in cooperation with other companies. The plant - "ESMO" has mastered the production of mayonnaise of 25% and 40% fat content. In February of the current year at the rapeseed oil processing and mayonnaise production site under the name of "Khazyna" the production of four types of vegetable-beef oil mixture for preparation of various types of baked goods was started. This product is made by adding various ingredients, such as cream, milk and clarified butter, to milk fat and vegetable (sunflower, olive, corn, palm, etc.) oils.
