The premiere of the play "The Snow Queen" was held at the Turkmen ArtIst Theater

Ashgabat's ArtIst Theater delighted young spectators with a modern production of "The Snow Queen" by E. Schwartz based on the famous fairy tale by G.H. Anderson. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Tatiana Ovezmuradova directed the performance, and all the roles were played by talented artists from the Children's Theater Studio. Twenty young actors - almost the entire staff of the Studio, including children with special developmental needs - took part in the performance.

The classic fairy tale is presented to the audience in a new original reading, which implies a greater emphasis on contemporary issues. For example, in order to rescue Kai from the captivity of the Snow Queen, Gerda goes through many temptations and temptations, and also gets acquainted with representatives of various subcultures.

The premiere was met with sincere joy and great applause from the audience.
