This year, the jubilee Turkmen-German Health Forum was held in the online format. Heads and leading specialists of the medical sphere took part in the event. The participants summed up the results of many years of fruitful cooperation and discussed urgent issues of continuing the partnership between Germany and Turkmenistan. This was reported by the daily newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".
The most topical issues addressed at the forum include exchange of experience between physicians of Germany and Turkmenistan, joint scientific research in medicine, advanced training of specialists, mastering of the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.
The forum identified new directions for the sustainable development of the Turkmen-German cooperation. Oncology, orthopedics and obstetrics, surgery and new approaches to antibiotic therapy were named as such areas.
