The Estonian company Roxnet Solutions has offered its assistance to Turkmenistan in implementing the "e-government" system. The management of Roxnet Solutions announced its intentions at a teleconference held at the office of the Turkmenistan Communications Agency in the capital city with the support of the country's Foreign Ministry. A Memorandum on mutual cooperation will be signed for this purpose.
Delegates of the Agency "TurkmenSvyaz", Turkmen diplomats, top management and project managers of Roxnet Solutions OJ (Estonia) were invited to participate in the negotiations. The participants discussed the current issues of introduction of the digital system "e-Government" in our state, and discussed the features of the future Memorandum of Understanding.
Roxnet experts made a proposal to the representatives of the Turkmen side to provide their services in the implementation of the "e-government", "Information and Communication Technology Management" systems in our state. These are the systems that are in the highest demand.
For example, X-Road, developed by Estonians, is not only an e-government system. It also includes the Center of digital signature execution and verification. According to Estonian specialists, the unified census system and the system of embedded identification codes for legal entities and individuals, personal digital identification will contribute to the improvement of the entire digitalization of the country. This mechanism is a "decentralized" shell in which the highest encryption standard is combined with a variety of databases and services.
This system was previously implemented by Roxnet Solutions for Canada, Japan, Germany and other world's most developed nations.
