April 17, 2022, President Serdar Berdymukhamedov signed The law of accession to the Framework Agreement on Facilitation of Cross-border Paperless Trade in Asia and the Pacific, adopted in May 2016 in Bangkok.
The main goal of this UN Framework Agreement is to promote cross-border trade in the region in general and to facilitate paperless (digital) trade in particular.
This Agreement deals specifically with digital trade and promotes innovative measures to facilitate trade and e-commerce.
